How Quickly Do We Ship?
Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST are shipped out the same day in accordance with our shipping policy, unless there is an unusual circumstance. We work hard to get your rubber tracks, skid steer tires, and undercarriage parts on the road as fast as possible.
Free Shipping on Undercarriage Parts
We provide free shipping on undercarriage parts orders over 1,000 lbs to addresses located within the Lower Continental 48 states. Free shipping applies to both businesses and residences.
Free Shipping on a Set of Tracks
Shipping is free on a set of rubber tracks, regardless of weight. This applies to both businesses and residences, as long as a lift gate is not required. If a lift gate is necessary, an additional charge will apply.
Free Shipping on Tires (1,000 lbs+)
Our shipping policy includes free shipping on tires if the total order weight is 1,000 lbs. or over, ensuring quick delivery for your skid steer tire needs.
Delivery Requirements
Buyers are required to provide a valid phone number for our shipping company. Many of our products — including rubber tracks and undercarriage parts — are shipped by tractor-trailer. Someone must be available during normal business hours to unload and accept delivery.
