Eligibility for Returns
Items must be purchased directly from Carolina Tracks and Tires, LLC. To initiate the refund process, the return request must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. Only products that are in new and unused condition — including rubber tracks, skid steer tires, and undercarriage parts — are eligible for return under our returns policy.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact Carolina Tracks and Tires, LLC by phone at (864) 520-4243. When reaching out, provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once this information is received, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number.
Packaging and Condition
The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories and documentation. Please ensure that the item(s) are in new and unused condition, free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration, to facilitate a smooth refund process.
Shipping and Handling
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items. Refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item(s) for compliance with our returns policy.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund back to the original payment method used for the purchase, in accordance with our returns policy.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. Provide clear photos showing the issue so that we can quickly assist you with our refund process or guide you through our returns policy.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our returns policy and the refund process, and then place a new order for the correct item.
Restocking Fee
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returned items that do not meet our returns policy criteria or are returned after the 30-day window.
