Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be purchased directly from Carolina Tracks and Tires, LLC
• The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery
• Only products that are in new and unused condition are eligible for return

To initiate a return, please contact Carolina Tracks and Tires, LLC by phone at 864.520.4243.

Provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and you will be issued a Return Authorization Number.

The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.  Please ensure that the item(s) are in new and unused condition, free from any signs of wear, damage or alteration.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.  We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product(s).

Refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item(s) for compliance with our return policy.

Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process the refund back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.

Provide clear photos showing the issue so that we can quickly assist you with a replacement or refund.

We do not offer direct exchanges.  If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and then place a new order.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returned items that do not meet our return policy criteria or are returned after the 30-day window.
